What is Somatic Coaching?
Somatic coaching is a body-centered approach to personal growth and transformation. Unlike traditional coaching, which focuses primarily on strategy, thoughts and mindset, somatic coaching integrates the wisdom of the body—helping you access deeper awareness, release patterns of tension, and create lasting change.
Our bodies store experiences, emotions, and unconscious patterns, shaping how we think, feel, and act. In our sessions, As a certified somatic coach, I guide you to safely connect with bodily sensations, breath, and emotions—deepening self-awareness and unlocking new insights. You will:
