Life and Career Coaching

My life and career coaching integrates somatic work to help you break free from the patterns keeping you stuck—whether it's over-giving, self-doubt, or pushing through exhaustion.

Together, we’ll reconnect you with your body’s wisdom, uncover what truly energises you, and create space for what matters most.

The result? More momentum, clarity, and ease as you move toward the life and career you truly desire.

I offer a fully supported 3 month 1:1 coaching container. This includes:

  • A 90 min kick off session

  • 5 x 60 min biweekly 1:1 sessions

  • A 90 wisdom wrap up session

  • A range of tailored techniques and frameworks, including somatic explorations

  • A bank of recorded meditations, nervous system and body-based practices

  • An optional guided movement meditation practice

  • Ongoing email accountability support throughout

Having done the work on myself and knowing that it’s a lifelong process, I can show up for my clients with compassion, non-judgment and presence. In our sessions, all parts of you are welcome and made to feel safe. Most of my sessions are online, though where possible I can also meet in person in East London.

Client Love

“You don't know what you don't know! Anouk helped me unpack so much -- from clearly defining my values to understanding where fear comes from to thinking with a growth mindset. I always left our conversations feeling so fulfilled and curious to dig into the topics more.”

— Jess, Senior Manager, YouTube

“The coaching went beyond my expectations. Anouk listens to understand and that meant that our sessions were honest, insightful and revealing. The tools she gave me I found empowering and genuinely useful. As a result I feel much clearer about how I work, what I want and now, I feel that I can support myself to get there.”

— Meera, Author and Food Writer

“Anouk was a brilliant coach. She has all the right skills, tools and techniques but is also just a wonderful calming and at the same time energising presence. She is intuitive, thoughtful, responsive and very good at noticing patterns and making very astute observations and creating the space and the focus for reflection and new ideas to emerge. I really enjoyed the process as well as the outcome - me feeling much more calm, decisive and clear about my purpose and the things I need to put into practice.”

— Liv, Head of Patchwork

Maternity Coaching

I partner with individuals and organisations to provide coaching for women returning from maternity leave—a time of profound transition marked by shifts in identity, priorities, and career goals. Having been through this journey myself, I know how disorienting it can feel. Coaching offers a powerful space for women to navigate this shift with greater confidence, clarity, and ease.

Many women return to work feeling isolated, overwhelmed, and uncertain about how to balance their ambitions with new responsibilities. In fact, up to 30% of women leave the workforce after becoming mothers. By investing in maternity coaching, companies can ensure their employees feel valued, supported, and equipped to thrive—benefiting both the individual and the organization. I’ve worked with hundreds of women from companies like UsTwo, Edelman, Converse, and Google

“I found returning to work after nearly a year off very daunting. Learning to balance work/home life, mum guilt with the desire to develop and achieve at work left me feeling very stressed and anxious. I found Anouk very empowering, positive, affirming and a great listener!

It suddenly feels a lot more manageable.”

Sian, Head of Brand Partnerships and Returning Mother

“I cannot speak highly enough of Anouk and the incredible support she provided throughout my maternity journey. From the very beginning, she offered a safe, non-judgmental space where I could share my thoughts and feelings.  Her approach was always compassionate, yet empowering, helping me recognize my own strength and voice.

What truly sets Anouk apart is her ability to help me reframe challenges. She has a remarkable skill for reflecting back thoughts and feelings in a way that clarified my own internal dialogue. She equipped me with simple, effective tools and phrases that I could easily incorporate into my daily life—creating a toolkit of affirmations, self-advocacy techniques, and helpful reminders that continue to support me once the sessions had been completed.”
