Maternity Coaching // Supporting women returning to work
I partner with individuals or organisations to offer coaching for women returning from maternity leave. I know first hand that this can be a confusing time, faced with shifts in identity, priorities and career goals. Partnering with a coach can be immensely beneficial and supportive. I help women navigate the transition with more ease, confidence and purpose.
Women often feel isolated, flustered, full of guilt and lacking in confidence after maternity leave (up to 30% of women leave the workplace after becoming mothers). Supporting women in your organisation through this huge transformation will ensure they feel seen, heard and more fulfilled at work and in life. I’ve worked with women from several companies including UsTwo, Edelman, Converse and Google. I’ve also facilitated dozens of return to work workshops in collaboration with Branch.
